For a West European dredging and offshore contractor we have supplied the drive and control system of an active heave compensation system. The system is used for the LARS system. Besides the HPU, piping and control system we also supplied the hydraulic winch.

For this application we have supplied a 440kW HPU, piping and hydraulic cylinders (41 pcs). Hycom was responsible for the complete hydraulic and electric control system.
