Counteract the effects of wave motion and other environmental factors

HYDAC Hydraulic systems are commonly used for motion compensation in offshore applications, where they are used to counteract the effects of wave motion and other environmental factors that can cause a vessel or platform to move.

Our hydraulic power unit (HPU) provides pressurized hydraulic fluid to hydraulic cylinders or other actuators that are used to adjust the position and orientation of the vessel or platform. The system is designed to react quickly and accurately to changes in the vessel’s position, allowing it to remain stable and level even in rough seas.
