Multipurpose test rig

The Hydac group has engineered the hydraulic system for development of hydraulic components.

Every test station (5 in total) can individually run autonomous test cycles. The system is suitable for a max pressure of 420 bar at a maximum power of 450 kW.

The system can regenerate hydraulic energy into electrical energy for environmental friendly testing.

Part of the scope was the hydraulic powerpack, local control stations, piping and transfertanks.
