We supplied the drive and control system for this monopile gripper. This type of monopile grippers were installed on two OFW vessels owned by this European contractor.

– Rotation units
– Hydraulic cylinders (38 pcs)
– Control system
– Cabling/Piping
– Commissioning
After a few years of succesfull operation we received the contract for upgrading one of these system to handle bigger monopiles. We overhauled the hydraulic cylinders and manifolds and renewed the existing piping and cabling on the gripper ring. The system will be back in operation in 2026.
